What we collect

If you use the quote form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you send (for example ideas about style, size, or placement)

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. That service may process technical data such as your IP address as part of the check.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry and discuss tattoo work. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests, responding to people who contact us, or steps prior to a contract where you are asking for a quote.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to run the site and reply to you:

• Mailgun: to send your message to our studio inbox
• Cloudflare: for Turnstile spam protection

Your enquiry is delivered to our email. We do not otherwise publish form submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, then delete or archive them in line with normal email practice. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. To do that, email info@inkfever.co.uk.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data: ico.org.uk.

Cookies and similar tech

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary technical storage to confirm you are human when you submit the form.
